Under Utah’s criminal mischief’s statute, the term “critical infrastructure” includes:
- transportation systems;
- financial and banking systems;
- information and communication systems;
- public health facilities and systems;
- sewage and water treatment systems;
- food distribution systems;
- health care facilities as listed in Section 26-21-2, and emergency fire, medical, and law enforcement response systems;
- any public utility service, including the power, energy, and water supply systems; and
- other government operations and services.
